So happy to have our boy, Easton home from scout camp. He had a great time and worked hard on his merit badges. After a nice, long shower and doing nothing all afternoon I think he has officially recovered from his adventure. The silly stories keep coming out....he threw up in the car on the way up to camp about one minute away from arriving due to winding roads and a little car sickness. Bleh! He didn't get sunburned...yay! The food was gross. Easton and his tentmate, Jeremy earned the clean tent award for the week. They did the Haka for their troop skit and did awesome. He ran out of shorts (he brought eight pairs for six days). With his awesome packing abilites and a little help from his mother, he said he had everything he needed and would not have done anything different. A successful week of scout camp under our belts. Now to gear up for another camping experience the end of this month in New York with his cousins. Woohoo!
