We took an awesome hike on the morning of July 4 up Bell Canyon in Sandy, Utah. Bren was our guide for the excursion and we had a great time. It was hot and very sunny but we were prepared with our water and snacks and completed a successful hike.
The dude with the baby backpack on going up the trail in front of us was wearing flip flops! What the heck?!? We passed him early on and he was seriously sweating and his face was bright red. I'm thinking he was not an avid hiker!

Easton slipped into the freezing cold river and really cooled off! Wet, sloshy feet all the way down the mountain.
