We went to Landon's last chorus concert of his high school career ever!!! It was a bitter, sweet evening. We enjoyed watching him start singing in his Elementary school choir, then middle school and on through high school. I have always admired my boys for sharing their talent of singing with others. Chorus isn't usually filled to the brim with guys, but it's a great place to hang with cute girls. Landon has stretched and grown in his singing talent. He always surprises us with some sort of solo or small group song. He has no fear and just casually sings as if it's no big deal. At this concert he sang in a small group of guys and it sounded awesome! He was honored at the end of the concert with the Seniors and sang a farewell song with just his Senior friends. I hope that he will always share his talent and can be found singing in more choirs in his future. Thanks for sharing your voice, Landon!
Easton also sang in his middle school Spring concert this past week. It was a short concert with four awesome songs; Les Mis medley, Spider Man, Seize the Day, and Supercalifragilisticexpialadocious (Need to check the spelling on that one!) He sang his heart out with confidence. The choir was huge with a thousand girls and six guys. He doesn't care about the numbers, but did say that he going to try and recruit some friends next year!
yeah for singing boys!! What's the deal with that.... chorus is awesome! Love that all your kids sing. I gotta get my girls in music this year!
