What an absolutely awesome day we had the week before the Saturday before Mother's Day....did that even make sense? Anyway, Stephen and I were going to be on our trip to Mexico on Mother's Day and I was very worried about receiving our Skype Mother's Day calls from our two missionaries, Dallin and Landon. They both checked with their mission presidents and received permission to do it a week early to make sure that it would all work out. Landon called at 11:00am and Dallin called around 12:45pm. It was so fun to see their happy faces and to hear their voice and laughter. We had a great time getting caught up and asked lots of questions about their missions. They both seem awesome, happy and content. It was a great day and I literally had a smile on my face the entire day. It just doesn't get any better than talking to your two missionary sons on the same day. We were hoping that they would overlap a little and be able to talk to each other but Landon ended up having to go to a meeting with a visiting apostle, Elder Anderson so he had to chat and then hit the road to get to his meeting.
