With A Song in Your Heart

We had our Spring Stake Choir concert over the weekend that the entire community is invited to.  Stephen and I sing with a group of 70+ people that come from all over North Georgia.  We meet each Thursday night to practice and sing our little hearts out.  We have a great time learning our music and hanging with friends.  Sometimes there's a little too much talking and laughing when we really should be singing and watching our conductor but that's what makes it fun.

And what do two grown adults do while they are waiting backstage for the concert to begin????  We take goofy selfies.....Enjoy!

Here is one of our fun little numbers we performed.  It's a catchy little tune that gets stuck in your brain!

McGrath's

I flew into Utah and had dinner with this crazy bunch!  It has been a year since I have seen my parents and it was a real treat to stay with them and just have some chatting time.  We met Ashton, Brandon and Dallin at McGrath's Fish House for dinner and just loved it!
Ahhh, the two little lovebirds sipping their lemonade!

Easter Sunday

Happy Easter everyone!  The trees are in blooming, the weather is warming, and the world is being renewed.  What a great day as our thoughts turn to Jesus Christ and the blessings that he has given us.
My Easter morning fail consisted of Easton coming downstairs and asking where his Easter basket was.  haha  I headed to the basement and dusted off his basket and quickly filled it with little sweet Easter treats!  When do I have to stop doing this?

Our Easter Sunday this year was also General Conference so we enjoyed watching conference in our jammies and eating our traditional homemade cinnamon rolls.  It think they were the best ever this year.

Watching conference in your jammies means that no one will look at me for pictures because they don't look very good.  I captured the back of their heads and we'll call it good.  The memory has been officially documented.
