Stephen had this great idea to make ice cream out of the snow. We had a bottle of cream in the refrigerator. We mixed it with sugar and a little vanilla and poured it over a cup of clean snow that the boys gathered outside. It was a rich tasting treat that was fun to eat! I loved the texture of the snow and the creamy consistency. It was a delicious treat!
