New Do!

Okay.....last week Easton requested a haircut.  Now that's really something!  He actually requested it!  It usually takes a little prodding to get the haircut to happen.   He just has never been a fan of haircuts.  The picture above shows the old style......now take a look at the new Easton below!
We walked into the haircut place and Easton said he wanted to try something new.  Well, alright....He went for the chopped up messy look.  When we got home he tried to style it with the gels that we had on hand and he was feeling pretty good about it.  The next day after school and PE class it was looking a little out of control.  The next morning we tried just doing a little bang spike in the front and that seemed to work well.  But, PE and a long day in school made it go flat and Easton was not happy about it.  I went to CVS to get some serious product to put in his hair that would give it some awesome HOLD!  We basically wanted glue and that's just about what we ended up getting.
With a little experimenting Easton got it the way he wanted and when he came home from school it had been a successful hair day!  The hair was still intact and looking good!
Easton even tried a faux hawk one morning and that was kind of cool too.  He is finally getting the hang of his new do and how to make it work.  I like being able to see his sparkling eyes and good looking face!
